Kia ora Sylis and welcome to the Winter Learning Journey programme. It is awesome to have you blogging with us this holiday. I love to see that you've already posted three blogs and it's only the first day of the programme! That is awesome.
ReplyDeleteOf the three facts that you have posted, I must admit that the second fact was brand new to me. I did not know that AJ Hackett created the bungy jump. Do you know when he first came up with the idea? Was it within the last 100 years? I would love to know more!
I hope that you will continue to blog with us and learn more about this amazing country that we call home.
See you online again soon, I hope!
Cheers,
Rachel
Hi Sylis,
ReplyDeleteIt's great seeing you participate in the winter learning journey. I never knew that '400 years before Christopher Columbus, the rest of Europe was worried about falling of the edge of the world '. Your facts about New Zealand are very interesting.

Hi Sylis
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you participating in the winter learning journey. I didn't know that Europe once was worried about falling off the edge of the world. I wonder why they thought that? Well done.
Daniel
Hi Sylis. It's great to have you participating in the Winter Learning Journey. I found the last fact most interesting because, I have never heard of Rugby Football. Maybe you could add a bit more to your blurb about what Rugby Football is. Looking forward to reading your future Winter Learning Journey posts.
ReplyDeleteHello Sylis, it is really great to see that you are already participating in the Winter Learning Journey. Wow, it is really interesting to know that AJ Hackett invented the bungee jump. Keep it up.
